I’ve been so obsessed with white layering lately.  It’s definitely one styling tip I haven’t done often, but when I do – I wonder why I don’t do it more often lol – hope that makes sense. Especially, now that warmer weather is near, there’s always something about the crisp feel of white.  This blazer from Zara is one of my favorites – and I found an almost identical one from J. Crew and it comes in so many different colors! 

The reason the white layering worked with this outfit is because of this amazing lace blouse. This Sheinside top is all kinds of amazing.  The sleeves are lace as well – I’ve gotten so many compliments already (being that I wore it three times since I got it haha).  The contrast between the textures of lace and chiffon had me sold. And maybe because it is also $20!  I’m wearing a medium for a looser fit and I’m very happy with it.  I have about 6 or 7 tops from Sheinside so far and I’m pleased with every one of them.

Wearing white on white can be tricky because you need a “pop” in your outfit – you don’t want it to look bland.  I chose to wear with gold metallic sandals from one of my favorite boutiques, Maude, because I needed that “pop”.  Either shiny or a print would work – but I chose both (and a hot pink lip).  These sandals are so light and comfortable, it felt like I was wearing slippers.  They are super affordable at $45 and have an ankle strap.  They will go well with dresses and shorts too!
