Huge news today! I tried out culottes! I’ve always admired the way they look on others, but thought it wasn’t really for me…until I saw this lovely jumpsuit at LuLu*s! Culottes are an absolutely chic way to make a statement, but I feel like you have to be cautious with the exact style. They are tricky because you don’t want to look like a hot mess – I feel like they have to be the perfect amount of wide…does that make sense? I also love THESE options for culottes, whether they are just pants or a jumpsuit.
I love this jumpsuit because it is simple and minimalistic. I love that the bodice is loose and then tightens at the waist only to go wide-leg! And I love that they stop right under the knee. I feel like this is a very “vacation-y” look and it’s so easy! I honestly didn’t do much – just added my favorite statement necklace and popped the look with a bright lip.
