I’m all for styling new pieces, whenever I think I can.  And when it actually looks presentable – I get even more excited about it (haha). 
I’ve always loved the long tunic, shirtdress trend over jeans – but didn’t think I can pull it off.  I recently purchased this top from Nordstrom Rack and I walking out of the store thinking what I would wear it with.  Naturally, I thought jeans because let’s face it, I love the days when I get to wear jeans and not a suit/court attire.  I love the shirtdress tucked in or as is – either way, it’s flowy and looks so chic!
