I’m totally off schedule this week – I wasn’t feeling too well Tuesday night to draft a post for yesterday! Still not feeling too great, but I’ve really been neglecting my blog! I wanted to share a look I wore this past weekend (and yes, it was raining). Maintaining a blog is hard, but when you rely on the weather to take photos on the weekend and it rains – it kills your whole week!
As much as I love trying new trends and mixing it up, it’s always nice to go back to basics. A white button-down is one of the MOST important staple pieces to have in your wardrobe. I probably have about 5-6 variations that I can think of. I think I got this one I’m wearing from an online boutique, but I found a similar one for you that’s currently on sale & comes in several colors.
Also, a nice long vest is a great piece to have for the spring – it’ll look great paired with cargo pants and shorts for warmer temps. P.S. – how do you like these Quay sunnies? They’re only $50! My friends from Rhode Island actually sent them to be via mail as a surprise; I’m kinda loving them!
