Hope you all had a great weekend! It’s the first day of spring and I wanted to share one of my favorite outfits with you, styling a ruffle mini dress. I shot this look with the amazing Lisa Richov on one of those random days where we were lucky with 60 degree weather. This ruffle mini dress from Topshop is non-maternity, I just sized up from my normal size. For sizing purposes, I am wearing a US 6; I usually wear a US 4.
A great way to transition into spring is to style your favorite spring/summer dresses with OTK boots and a great jacket and/or cardigan. You can get so much more wear out of your dresses! And if you’re like me, you’re so tired of winter layers…although this week we’re expected to still be in the 30’s. This ruffle mini dress sold out BUT it is now back in stock in most sizes – I suggest you snag it for yourself before it’s gone again. I love the bell sleeve detail as well as the ruffles. Great length, material and pattern – makes it really versatile.
Also, for those of you who have been asking – my due date is soon approaching and yes, I’m getting nervous. Noah is excited to have a little brother soon! Wish us luck! We’re still getting our new apartment together and need to get a few things. But honestly I don’t think you’re ever fully prepared as much as you try. How do you mothers of two or more kids handle it? I’ll take all the advice I can get! Thanks so much for reading, hope you have a great day. You can shop my entire look, including the mini dress below.
