Continuing my Monday Office Memo series today and sharing how to wear wide leg pants to work! It’s a very rare occasion that I would wear wide leg pants to work, but every now and then – it’s nice to change it up.
I think a pair of white wide leg pants are a great addition to your summer wardrobe for work, especially for those who don’t wear dresses and skirts often. I purchased these exact pants from ASOS last September, but found a similar pair at Nordstrom for under $65. I really love these culottes too, with the frill detail around the waist. A pair of wide leg pants and/or trousers really elongates your body and creates an overall “different” look to your office wear. In my opinion, they’re a great option to wear if you need an outfit that takes you from day to night too!
To create some contrast, style your wide leg pants with a classic pair of pumps. Pointy-toe pumps allow for the clean and sophisticated look, rather than wearing open-toe sandals or wedges. What are your thoughts? All the wide leg pants and culottes I linked are high-waisted; all you need is a blouse to tuck in and you’re set!
