Happy Monday everyone! How was your weekend? Hope you did something fun & savored every minute of it because weekends are going so fast! It is already AUGUST – how did that happen? 
I’m loving every bit of summer because we had a brutal winter in NY.  Somehow I cannot fathom the fact that fall is approaching – I feel like we just started summer! Especially seeing all booties, boots, sweaters and jackets coming out in every store – just makes me realize that it’s sooner than we think.  The transition from summer into fall is always a tough one.  When it is cool in the morning and night, but super hot in the afternoon – you often are at a loss of what to wear during the day.  
I put this outfit together with this adorable top from Bailey Boutique – which is not available anymore, but they really do have AMAZING items, you should check them out!  I’ll be styling a couple more items from their boutique soon, so stay tuned.  I actually found a similar top here and under $20 (in case you really like it!) 
I incorporated some fall colors (dark lip) and my new favorite heels from Sole Society.  They also have them in a gold and black, but this color is actually in stock in all sizes.  They are SO comfortable, with a realistic heel height.  I love that they are in a shape and form of booties, but are cut-outs.  It is definitely a perfect pair of shoes to own for the “transitional” seasonal period.  They can also work with a dress, skirt, leggings, etc.  And what better way to finish off the look than with my trusty leopard Clare V. clutch, which is also back in stock!

    I think the shoes and lipstick are the perfect way to incorporate fall this early in the year. I break out in a sweat when I see bloggers wearing coats and sweaters when it's 80+ degrees outside! I love the burgundy and leopard together in this look 🙂
