Talbots Tweed Blazer and Shorts Combo

Hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was filled with kids’ activities. We’re trying to get as much fun in the sun as we can before summer ends! Can’t believe it’s almost August already.

I wanted to share this easy outfit with you all today – blazer, tank and shorts combo. It’s always my go-to, especially for summer nights. Blazers easily dress up any casual outfit, and love how a cropped blazer looks with high-waist shorts. This tweed blazer is from Talbots; unfortunately this exact style is sold out but I’m loving the bell sleeves on this similar Talbots blazer. I recently bought these Levi’s shorts from Shopbop; I’ve actually been wearing them so much! They’re a modest length for those girls who don’t like short shorts like me!

Alex and I finally had date night on Saturday and went to the movies! If you’re married with kids, when was the last date night you had?? LOL!
